Hello Warriors and Battle Buddies!
Welcome to A BATTLE WITHIN, Episode 120 with today’s special guest Cristabelle Braden.
Christabelle an award-winning singer/songwriter, speaker, writer, podcast host, and a big advocate for brain injury community.
She suffered her first traumatic brain injury as a teenager and was forced to re-learn how to do many of life’s daily tasks. It becomes pretty obvious rather quickly that she has come a very long way.
She hosts her own brain injury podcast called Hope Survives and started a very robust online community called Hope After Head Injury to name just a few things she has been working on.
Cristabelle tells us in finer detail about her injuries and recovery, how important her family was in her healing, and why and how she has gotten herself into being 100% committed to helping other Warriors in their journey.
There are many resources and links to share that are in the show notes including a link to her YouTube channel. Go there and give a listen/view of her new music video that was released just a few days ago.
Let us know your thoughts!
