106: Can Water and Nutrition Really Help?

Hello Warriors and Battle Buddies!

Welcome to A BATTLE WITHIN, Episode 106.

Today Terry and Drew get together to chat a bit about water and nutrition. How significant can they really be in your healing process?

We are going to get some of Terry’s thoughts and ask a few questions we feel are worthy of attention and consideration within this community.

Hopefully some questions we raise you find worthwhile asking your team about, no matter where you are as you continue to heal.

Some of those questions include – Are supplements worth it? How are zinc and magnesium useful in healing? How important is water? And what are some side effects if you don’t get enough? How important is a good diet really?

Let us know your thoughts!
