We just recently purchased a treadmill and doing so was the inspiration to exploring this topic.

Terry speaks to getting back into exercising regularly and the intention to use walking as a launch point. Terry and Drew also pass along some insights on the benefits of walking for Brain Injury warriors and their caregivers.
